By scheduling an appointment and proceeding with treatments, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Scheduling and Cancellations

    • All appointments, including the free initial consultation, must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your free consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the appointment slot.
  2. Treatment Deposit and Payment Terms

    • To secure the start of your treatment plan, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD, or its equivalent in the agreed currency, is required. This deposit is essential for reserving accommodation and other logistical arrangements. If you do not attend the scheduled appointment or choose not to proceed with the treatment, the deposit will not be refunded.
  3. Currency and Price Adjustments

    • All quoted prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the exchange rate of the agreed currency. The final payment amount will be adjusted according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
  4. Additional Activities and Services

    • Any additional activities or services requested upon arrival must be agreed upon and confirmed separately from the initial treatment plan. These may include additional dental procedures, extended stay arrangements, or any other services outside the initial budget.
  5. Tourism Experience Inclusions

    • Our comprehensive dental tourism experience includes accommodation during your treatment, internal transportation within Bucaramanga, and airport pick-up and drop-off. Additional services such as guided tours, spa days, or personal care appointments (e.g., barbershop or beauty salon visits) can be arranged at extra cost and must be confirmed prior to arrival.
  6. Patient Responsibilities

    • It is the patient’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information during the consultation and treatment process. Failure to disclose relevant medical history or current health conditions may impact the treatment plan and outcomes.
  7. Changes to Treatment Plans

    • Any changes to the treatment plan, including extensions or modifications of the agreed services, must be communicated and confirmed with the clinic in advance. Additional costs may apply based on the new requirements or adjustments.
  8. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are not provided for services rendered or for deposits on missed appointments. Any consideration for refunds or credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of the clinic.
  9. Travel Arrangements and Accommodation

    • Patients are responsible for ensuring their travel documents, including visas and passports, are valid and in order. The clinic is not liable for any travel disruptions or additional costs incurred due to travel document issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All patient information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy. We take the protection of your data seriously and ensure that it is used solely for the purpose of providing and enhancing our services.
